Supporting foster and adoptive families on the Kenai Peninsula since 2017.

Chosen, as a whole, is such a massive act of selfless love and caring towards the foster community. We heard the words of support and encouragement from the employees at OCS, family members, friends, and strangers. But Chosen showed up. 

They brought us meals once a week, organized babysitting so we could get a night away, and hosted support groups for foster moms. They bought and wrapped Christmas gifts for every kid in our home, and donated new backpacks and back-to-school gear each year. They recognized that the children of foster families are making their own contributions and could benefit from concrete displays of love and value.

You just don't realize how empty your love tank is getting until someone just shows up for you.  We will forever be grateful that our foster journey was positively touched by Chosen and we cannot say thank you enough.
